Royal Blue - Royal Blues ? Kokomo '67 Mystery Band

Another mystery band from 1967. All I know is the drum head says "Royal Blue", or "Royal Blues", I suspect Royal Blues by the spacing. Photo is from a Kokomo, Indiana area high school yearbook.
As always any help in sleuthing for this combo is welcome! We've had great success honoring these bands, don't let us down now! If you're googling your band name, please fill us in.

This just in:

"Among the members of the the Royal Blues, as I recall, were Paul Harvey (deceased) and Garnett Carter (Greentown). Garnett is associated with THE GOSPEL SINGING MESSENGERS EVANGELISTIC ASSOCIATION INC "

Thanks Mark!

Hello. My name is Jeremy Carter - Garnett is my Dad. I will ask him about this pic and this band! I know some of his other band names were The Redondos, The Poor Boys, and The Lost Souls before he became a Christian and started The Gospel Singing Messengers.

Side note: My middle name is Paul, after bassist Paul Harvey, who died in his early 20's. When I turned 8, I began playing bass with The Messengers with Dad, and 31 years later I'm still playing!

OK. I just heard back from my Dad. he says the two guys in the picture are Tim Watts and Mark Hewitt (guitar). This is an earlier version of the band. Later, Garnett Carter, Paul Harvey, Roger Hill, and Mark Hewitt would form a newer version of the band, which soon changed its name to The Redondoz.

Thanks Jeremy,

Feel free to have Dad check us out and share any stories! I have the Poor Boys (with info from Mark) posted here, so check it out too!

Hello,
I'm Marie, I live in Paris in France and I've been listening to this track a LOT, so I was pretty desperate from finding any informations about it... and I think I've finally found the band who played it!

If I'm right I would really love to know if there's more materials recorded from them and if there's a way to get a vinyl of this all, that would be the best gift ever...
